Privacy notice

This notice explains how FROSTECH processes personal data collected through this website, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we collect

The information you enter in our quote, support and contact forms: name, company, country, email address, telephone number, the products you are interested in and your message. Your quote list, model comparison and display settings are stored only in your own browser and are not sent to us unless you submit a form.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiries, prepare quotations, provide technical support and after-sales service, and manage our business relationship with you.

Legal basis

Taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (KVKK Article 5; GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers that host our website and email, and with public authorities where the law requires it. Where data is transferred abroad, this is done in accordance with KVKK and GDPR.

Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as needed to handle your request and our business relationship, and for the periods required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or request information about how it is used (KVKK Article 11; GDPR Articles 15–22). Send your request to info@frostech.co.

Cookies and local storage

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage only to remember your quote list, comparison, language and light or dark display setting. If you choose to open the interactive map, it is loaded from Google Maps and Google’s privacy policy applies.
